Keston & Associates can assist in the planning and execution of your entry into or expansion in global markets both in the case of a US business into foreign countries and a foreign business into the US market. We can also assist the professionals and executives involved in this process for you company, contributing our wisdom, knowledge and experience of international business and foreign business environments.

Example:

We represented an Australian engineering company in the aluminum industry that invented a technology for the chemical-free recycling of dross, the waste by-product obtained during aluminum production. The processing of dross creates enormous environmental problems. This technology was not only very efficient in retrieving remaining aluminum content from the dross, which would otherwise have been discarded, but was environmentally friendly as well. Our role was to find strategic partners in Brazil in the aluminum industry that would be interested in this technology, structure and negotiate the relationship and transaction, and develop the necessary governmental relations involved.
