We were asked by a large manufacturing company to evaluate their corporate organization as it pertained to their emerging international business. They had substantial activity in manufacturing, distribution, human relations and finance that was becoming burdensome, they were making costly mistakes and they were continually surprised by operational problems. We did a complete assessment of their readiness to support international business and found that they lacked a supporting infrastructure.
