Keston & Associates can write your international business plan and develop your business strategy, taking into consideration the myriad of issues involved in establishing an international business, whether for inbound or outbound transactions, as well as for US and foreign companies expanding globally. Additionally, business plans that involve international business with or in developing countries and emerging markets present an added difficulty due to the lack of complete and accurate information often available from the usual research sources. Having contacts in many foreign countries and industries is essential to gaining a deeper understanding of the market opportunity and risks in the formulation of your business strategy for those foreign markets.
We were contracted to write a business plan to create a trade company in the US with partners in key global locations. The design for the plan involved a series of connected hubs. Each hub was located in a strategic market and performed all the functions required to complete a trade from the research and negotiations of the sale/purchase transaction through the export/import regulatory aspects and shipping. The model for each hub was designed according to the specific business culture involved. Communications between hubs was an important element in not only identifying new opportunities, but in providing the information and on the ground ability to respond to market requests. The model created was a fluid and integrated international structure.
